Confidentiality guarantee
All submissions are stored in a restricted Google Sheet accessible only to senior management. Other employees cannot access submissions unless they are the subject of the concern. Anonymous submissions contain no identifying metadata.
Response timelines
Concerns: acknowledged within 48 working hours, investigated within 3 working days, resolved within 7 working days. Critical and high-priority concerns are escalated to GM level immediately. Suggestions: reviewed monthly and considered in planning — no fixed resolution deadline, since these aren't urgent by nature.
Non-retaliation policy
EV Hub has a strict zero-tolerance policy on retaliation. Any employee who raises a genuine concern in good faith is fully protected. If you experience retaliation, submit a new report immediately and mark it as critical.
Urgent escalation
For matters involving safety, harassment, or illegal conduct that need immediate attention, contact Managers directly rather than waiting for the standard process. Use the portal to create a parallel record even if you speak to someone in person.
