Responsibilities
- Support senior management/executives with day-to-day coordination.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOMs, trackers, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, and Projects.
- Follow up with teams on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain documents, records, and confidential information.
- Prepare emails, letters, reports, and official communications.
- Coordinate meetings and circulate agendas/MOMs.
- Track action items and provide status updates to management.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative activities.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Support management in ad-hoc analysis, research, and decision-making activities.

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Explain product/service details clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer records and update status
Skills Required

- Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of assembly and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production quantity, quality, and productivity.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles and components during the production process and report defects.
